After walking the project, Mike will make recommendations and explain available options. We provide a written cost estimate that clearly states what is included along with an estimate of the time required to complete the work. 

Mike has been painting all his life, with over 45 years of experience in all aspects of construction. Kristal has worked as a Project Manager and Office Manager for several companies prior to starting her own (painting, construction and abatement). Jonathan worked with Mike on and off through school before coming to work for Mile Marker 39 full time in 2018.

We have all licenses and insurance required for our area. 

We make every effort to complete each project in a timely manner. Unlike some painting contractors, we do not have a large crew and do all the work ourselves. This allows us to provide a written guarantee and warranty on workmanship. However, this also requires that we spend the time to get the job done right. 

We keep customers informed of progress and provide a window when we expect to get to their project. Please let us know if you have a deadline for completion or if there are certain times that we cannot be on site. We will work with you to come up with a schedule that accommodates your needs.

In 1997, Michael proposed to Kristal at Mile Marker 39. They buried a time capsule there and returned many times with their children. It symbolizes the start of their life together, so it made sense to name the business after a place that means so much to them.
